TJ Jackson brings more than two decades of medical device experience to his role as Executive Vice President of Sales & Commercialization at Amplio Spine, with expertise across spine, orthopedics, interventional pain, cardiovascular, interventional radiology/oncology, and biologics. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing direct and distributor sales organizations, launched new technologies, expanded market access, and accelerated growth across both established and emerging medical device platforms.
TJ has held senior commercial leadership roles with Premia Spine, Spinal Simplicity, Organogenesis/NuTech Medical, Cardiovascular Systems, Paradigm Spine, LDR Spine, and Medtronic’s Kyphon division. His track record includes growing LDR Spine’s Midwest business from approximately $200,000 to $4.2 million, guiding Paradigm Spine to its first $1 million quarter, and helping grow Organogenesis’ lead surgical product by more than 400% after assuming national leadership.
Most recently, TJ led a 12-state Southern region for Premia Spine, managing more than 40 distributors, surgeon training, hospital and IDN approvals, reimbursement coordination, and commercial execution. Under his leadership, monthly procedural volume grew 79%. Previously at Spinal Simplicity, he helped drive 104% year-over-year revenue growth and moved the Southeast from the company’s third-largest revenue region to its largest.
A six-time President’s Club winner, TJ has also developed multiple award-winning representatives and managers throughout his career. He earned his B.S. in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was a four-year baseball letterman, Big Ten Champion, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
