Ryan Dickinson is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Amplio Spine, where he leads operations, distributor infrastructure, and commercial execution for the only FDA-cleared expandable interlaminar stabilization device of its kind in the United States. Over a 15+ year career in spine and biologics, Ryan has built multiple companies across the surgical hardware, biologics, and digital health ecosystem and generated hundreds of millions in revenue along the way.

Ryan began his spine career as Vice President of Operations at Verticor Spine before joining Amendia (now Spinal Elements), where he spent more than six years — ultimately as Executive Vice President of Sales, then Vice President of Sales — leading the commercial organization through a period of rapid national expansion. He later served as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Camber Spine and Vice President of Business Development at Republic Spine.

As a founder and operator, Ryan is President of Invictus Medical Inc., a West Palm Beach-based spine hardware and biologics distributor, and President of Invictus Development and Engineering. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of R8 Virtual Health. Ryan holds a MBA in Finance from SMU’s Cox School of Business.
