Blake Boesel is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Amplio Spine, where he leads commercial strategy, distributor development, and surgeon adoption for the only FDA-cleared expandable interlaminar stabilization device of its kind in the United States.

Blake brings 15+ years of orthospine commercial leadership and thousands of operating-room hours alongside orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgeons. He began his career in 2009 at DePuy Synthes, the orthopedic company of Johnson & Johnson, building surgeon relationships across South Florida in minimally invasive surgery, lateral interbody fusion, artificial disc replacement, and fusion/non-fusion scoliosis. At Biomet, he served as Lateral Sales Manager for the Southeast, leading market penetration for the Timberline lateral platform and training both reps and surgeons in MIS techniques through cadaveric and didactic labs. He was subsequently promoted to Director of Strategic Sales, U.S. — Lateral & MIS at Zimmer Biomet, where he directed national strategy for the lateral and MIS portfolio, converted major strategic accounts, and built physician-to-corporate relationships.

Since 2017, Blake has served as Principal of Invictus Medical Inc., a West Palm Beach-based spine distribution company specializing in instruments, implants, and biologics across the full continuum of spine care — from pain management to complex reconstruction.

Blake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida.
